Sybil Schafer

A Pittsburgh native, Sybil’s love of hair started at the age of 12 in her great aunt’s hair salon. Since then, she has cultivated and perfected her craft, particularly her hair color skills. Her signature approach has been featured in numerous press and television interviews and fashion shows, and she was an educator for an international hair color brand.

A Master Colorist and Stylist, Sybil honed her skills while working on the West Coast as a colorist for a Beverly Hills celebrity salon. She was the first to bring the Balayage technique of blonding to Pittsburgh. Today, clients of all ages come for her expertise of creating healthy, natural-looking hair color. She is so renowned for her specialty of Blonding that Pittsburgh’s Whirl magazine dubbed her “Queen of the Blonds.”
